The Faces of the Carnival will be announced at the Christmas Party Races at the Murrumbidgee Turf Club on December 1.
The winners, one boy and one girl, will become ambassadors for the 2019 Gold Cup.
Earlier in the week, the entrants were judged at a dinner where directors, staff of the MTC and representatives from the Daily Advertiser meet with the entrants and get to know them better.
The judges looked for presentation, elocution, personality manners and maturity and the ability to appeal to wide range of Gold Cup Carnival patrons.
Winners are announced after race 3 at approximately 2.45pm.
