Thursday evening saw year 12s of Wagga Christian College brave the sudden cold for their outdoor gathering in the Botanic Gardens.
A sudden downpour moments before their formal was due to start did nothing to dampen Wagga Christian College’s style.
The ground bore the remnant of the heavy rain, but the sun came out just in time.
It was an unseasonable 12 degrees in Wagga. Yet despite the weather, the former students’ arrival in the gardens was nothing short of picture perfect.
To herald their official entrance into the adult world, the graduating class was liberated from the HSC examination rooms.
Each with their unique and individual styles, the students showcased their best, announcing the end to their 13 years in the confines of uniforms.
