The Olympic gold medallist was sidelined for the opening round after sustaining a knee injury during the Sevens Rugby World Cup in San Francisco.
Australian women’s sevens head coach John Manenti welcomed Quirk’s return.
“Having Alicia back is a big boost for the squad, she’s a tireless worker on the field and will bring plenty of big tournament experience to our campaign.”
Quirk recently penned a contract extension with Rugby Australia that will see her through to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Australia are set to face England, China and the USA in their Pool B round robin.
