The meeting will be held at 6pm at the MTC Member’s Lounge and is open to all members.
The next 12 months is the second year of a two-year term for MTC directors so there will be no change to the board.
Meantime, nominations close at 11am on Tuesday for MTC’s next race day on Monday, November 26.
The meeting will feature the $25,000 Mountaineer Cup – Benchmark 74 Handicap (3200m), which is also a heat of the Wagga Stayers Series.
MTC will also conduct a heat of the Rising Star series, for apprentice jockeys, in the Benchmark 66 Handicap (1600m).
The MTC Mad Scramble (1000m) will also add interest to the race meeting.
