Three of the girls, Tamsyn, Indi & Kaelani, have strong ties with Riverina FNL powerhouse Collingullie Glenfield Park while Kyesha plies her trade with The Rock-Yerong Creek in the Farrer FNL.
All four played together in Wagga’s Koori representative side at the Newcastle Koori Netball Tournament last month and most recently at Khaamburra Netball Tournament in Tuggeranong.
“It’s a really exciting opportunity for the girls,” Wagga Koori coordinator Bettina Goolagong said.
Indiannah’s mum, Melissa Clear-Jones, is already seeking support to raise money for the girls’ tour and competition costs.
“The AISNC is a great opportunity and the girls have already received support from local services such as GIO, Coolectrics, Ashmont Hotel, Industry, Oceanic and Heavenly Hair & Beauty,” Goolagong added.
