The Saints have yet to open their winning account, while Turvey won their first two matches, but were soundly beaten by Warriors at their last start.
Neither team has been able to field their best nine to date, but if they had all personnel available the match should prove to be closely contested.
Leading the charge for Saints is their battery of Tessa McGlynn and catcher, Kadison Hofert. These two are also to the fore in their batting department, which is yet to hit a winning score.
Newcomer, Rochelle Harley, has slotted in well, both in batting and at third base when in the field.
Nicola Tom, who “doubled-up” after B Grade last week showed enough to say she could be called on again this Saturday. The Calder sisters, Desi and Pam, along with speedster, Jess Wild, will be looked to to get on base.
Meanwhile Turvey Park will be all out to rid them of the memories of their game against South Wagga Warriors, who had the mercy rule applied in the 12-0 loss.
Turvey will welcome back Paris Hall to the pitching role and look to a big improvement in all aspects of the game. Again, Turvey Park will be without centre field, Jane Wadley, as they look to come up with a new threesome in the outfield.
Match-breaker, Amanda Gooden will inspire her team mates, both in the field where she does some unbelievable work at shortstop and with the bat.
Should Turvey recover from the shell-shock of their last game, the result should be a close one.
