In Estella, father Scott Lawlor went trick or treating with his children and their dozen friends.
“It was a big rush this week,” Mr Lawlor said.
“It’s my first time here in Wagga and it’s all to just have some fun.”
One of the children taking part is Emmy McMahon, 11, who said she looked forward to lots of sweets.
“And just having a good time with friends,” Emmy said.
“It’d also be nice to see other people dressed up and see scary houses.”
Emmy and her friends were roaming the streets as Alvin and the Chipmunks characters.
As well as horror movie characters, there were those in superhero outfits, including Batman and Wonder Woman.
