Sheds n Homes has announced that a Wagga franchise is for sale.
The national business, launched in 2011, is set to open a greenfield Riverina-wide site to offer its steel-building products.
These include garages, workshops, farm sheds, stables, barns, arenas, industrial buildings, steel kit homes, carports, patios and garden sheds.
Peter Darnell, business development manager, said the Riverina was “another excellent region for sheds”.
“There’s a demand from farmers for rural sheds,” he said.
“We specialise in rural areas, which is why Wagga and the region are an interest to us.
The site is to be confirmed with the new franchisee.
As a requirement, franchisees are required to set up a showroom at premises and have it fitted out with internal and external signage and display material.
“A branded vehicle is also a requirement,” Mr Darnell said.
As well as design and supply, Sheds n Homes may offer clients services, including help with council submissions, site works, concreting and erection of buildings.
The Wagga site is selling sale at $45,000. More at Business for Sale.
