Bailey was rewarded for another impressive season at Maher Oval by taking out the best and fairest for the second time in two years since moving from Newcastle.
Bailey finished with 46 votes to edge out assistant coach Jeremy Sykes (45) by one vote on the final card of the count.
Josh Ashcroft (39 votes) finished close up in third place and was awarded most consistent and player’s player.
In good signs for the Bulldogs’ prospects of continuing their climb up the Riverina League ladder, all three footballers have re-signed for next season.
The club hopes to announce a senior coach soon.
The A Grade netball vote count was also a close one with Jenee West taking out the best and fairest.
West finished on 31 votes to edge out Margie Johnson (30), Abbey Corbett (29) and Hannah Finemore (26).
Other best and fairest winners were John Ingram (reserve grade), Matthew Howe (under 17.5), Sarah Crakanthorp (A reserve), Paige Dacey (B grade), Madison Haggar (C grade) and Claire Wallace (under 17).
First-season secretary Megan Weidemann was named Turvey Park Bulldog of the Year, while Melissa Kenny won the Carole Winterton Player’s Player award.
