Two of the city’s busiest courtrooms – the two which usually house the Local and District courts – were forced closed after water spread across two floors after the September 28 flooding.
The last of the closed courtrooms was reopened on Monday after contractors spent 16 days cleaning up the mess.
“All courtrooms are fully operational,” a NSW Justice spokesperson said on Tuesday.
“No sittings were delayed while contractors were on site.”
Wagga’s Local and District courts moved to two older courtrooms to avoid causing hearing delays while the building was cleaned up.
NSW Justice did not confirm how much the damage bill was.
