Madeline Harris and Jonathon Roache have finished up as Henwood Park’s best after a season of near misses for the Hawks’ first grade outfits.
Roache was named Pascoe Cup players’ player after polling an outstanding 100 votes throughout the season to finish 16 votes clear of second placed Carl Pideski (84), who edged Isaac Tancredi (81) as runner up.
Meanwhile, Harris was a deserving winner in the Leonard Cup side after starring for the Hawks en route to a grand final appearance.
Ruby Condon took home the Madden Trophy side’s players’ player gong while Gardiner Shield honours were shared between premiership winners Ali Mozafari and Kyle Pangallo.
Troy McKenzie and Austin Bellamy were tied on votes for the third grade men’s award with Mark Cochrane taking home the over 35s top prize.
