Rehearsals are well underway for Wagga School of Arts Community Theatre’s production of Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Jersey Lily, by Katie Forgette.
Director Joshua Steadman said the cast in the show are “exceptional” and have been working hard in the leadup to opening night.
“Sherlock is a very well known story and it is something people can easily identify with because it is quintessentially about good versus bad,” he said.
“Especially in this day and age when people are gravitating towards these positive lights.”
Mr Steadman said the play has everything an audience could wish for.
“Swordfights, kidnapping, extortion attempts involving the royal family,” he said.
Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Jersey Lily runs from October 12 to 21. Tickets can be purchased by contacting SOACT on 69212594.
