Isaac Peter Bernadi, 28, was sentenced to 300 hours’ community service and a 12-month good behaviour bond last month after he punched a man in the head twice, leaving him unconscious on the ground and in need of about 20 stitches.
Bernadi lodged a severity appeal against that sentence on Tuesday and is due to make his case in Wagga District Court on October 11.
