The wily veteran helped set the tone for the 2-1 victory over Henwood Park and was judged best on ground.
Blake was thrilled to be part of another premiership success.
“Every time we go down in a game they just stay positive, manage to come back and in the second half we dug deep and I don’t know how we held on but it was awesome,” Blake said.
Blake’s thundering kick from outside the box got her team level.
Not even her fair share of injuries stopped Blake from being named her team’s best.
She went off early for treatment on her knee, but was just as influential upon her return.
“My left foot was numb, then by right knee was sore and my right foot but it is all worth it the hard work and the pain,” Blake said. “It was awesome for a lot of those girls as it was their first win.”
