It will be Manley’s first Riverina League grand final, having controlled four Farrer League deciders and this year’s representative game between the two leagues.
He’ll be the first to officiate a Riverina League grand final having previously won one.
Manley will be joined in the middle by Troy Edwards who is also umpiring his first Riverina League grand final.
Edwards, who joined the Riverina Umpires Association from Adelaide this year, has 20 years’ experience with the whistle.
The third field umpire is certainly no stranger to Narrandera Sportsground. Tim Beard will be officiating his 13th Riverina League grand final.
He has also been in control of six Farrer League grand finals and umpired more than 450 games in his time with the RUA.
