South Wagga’s Luke Nichols suggested the Sharks would emerge 2-1 winners, citing their superior attacking firepower.
“They’ll come out harder this week as they had a slow start last time,” he said.
Wagga United’s Travis Weir and Tolland’s Daniel Lawrence predicted a 2-0 Lake Albert victory.
“My heart says Young so they can pull off a dream season,” Weir said.
“But my head says Lake Albert – they’ll have had a big confidence boost after a massive game.”
Henwood Park coach Ryan McKenzie tipped an even bigger 3-0 margin against the Young Lions.
“It's very hard to go past Lake Albert,” McKenzie said.
“The goals Young scored against us were opportunistic and I just don’t see them getting that chance against them.”
