Lake Albert went through the regular season undefeated, notching 17 wins and two draws en route to a comprehensive minor premiership, but the silverware isn’t theirs yet.
In fact, they’ll be facing their bogey team in the decider – Young Lions.
The Lions kept Lake Albert scoreless in their last encounter and pushed them hard during a 1-0 loss early in the year, so don’t expect the Sharks to swim away with it easily.
Still the red-hot favourites after a stellar year, Lake Albert will launch headfirst into Sunday’s big dance and try to do what they do best – dominate their rivals.
