In only their second visit to the event, the Wagga side downed the hosts 20-10 in the final.
President Kyle Burgess believes the win is good preparation for the Koori Knockout will be held in Dubbo over the long weekend.
“We got to see a couple of local juniors get their first crack as well such as Maleke Morris, Rhys Weldon and Jordan Little,” Burgess said.
“Maleke going to the Bulldogs next year and Rhys is with the Dragons and they got their first knockout experience with a couple of cousins and uncles.
“It’s definitely a good build up and a good way to get a good hit out and see where we are at for the big knockout in a few weeks.”
Dindima topped their pool at Seiffert Oval with wins in their two rounds game to book their place in the final.
They took a 56-6 win over YBAD Warriors to start before a 22-10 victory against Boons Raiders Memorial.
Brothers junior Brody Rigg was named best in the final.
Now the team’s focus is on Koori Knockout.
They made it through to the quarter-finals last season before being knocked out by Griffith’s Three Ways, who were then beaten by Newcastle Yowies in the final.
