The judges of the Master Builders Association awards also had pleasure in viewing it and awarded PAH Innovative Construction the best contact home between $500,001 and $750,000.

This classic-style residence features double glazing to all windows, anti-con blanket and R3.5 batts to the ceiling and was constructed with a waffle pod slab. 

Features inside the home inlcude hardwood blackbutt flooring, Georgian-inspired tapware, nine-foot ceilings, picture rail, MODA doors and classic joinery achieve a traditional look and feel throughout. 

​The LOPI gas feature fireplace inside is encased in inbuilt cabinetry complete with mantle. The bathrooms and laundry feature in-floor heating for added comfort.

Clipsal SILC electrical features throughout the residence and data cabling runs to each TV including the split level cinema room. 

“We worked closely with the client from design to completion to construct a home we are proud to have added to our portfolio,” PAH Innovative Construction owner Bec Hopper said. 

The home is externally cladded in Dulux Exsulite wall cladding with corbelled step-out and James Hardie linea board.

The skillion verandah includes exposed timber rails and is cladded to the underside in timber lining boards. 

Eight dutch gables with timber finials and rendered banding to the windows complete the look.

Two rainwater tanks with a combined capacity of 45,000 litre service the house.

The master wing includes a parents retreat which opens on to the alfresco which features inbuilt motorised screens, outdoor kitchen with wall oven, barbecue and an inbuilt woodfire.

​Storage is abundant with ample linen storage, a drop zone and walk-in robes to all bedrooms.
