Allan James Mitchell and Craig Anthony Mitchell each pleaded not guilty to aggravated break and enter.
The Crown alleged the brothers stole the motorbikes from the Adelong property on June 12, 2016, before dumping them in the Tumut State Forest.
Police claim to have found one of the brother’s DNA on a torch near the bikes.
