HENTY football player Jarrah Maksymow is on the run from police after leaving his club’s semi-final at half time to avoid arrest.

Police spoke to the 26-year-old at the Walbundrie football ground on Saturday.
For operational reasons, they agreed to arrest the midfielder on charges of assault, break-and-enter, and driving offences, after the game had finished.
But he fled the ground midway through the game and remains on the run, with warrants out for his arrest.
Police have information to suggest he is hiding out in Victoria.
They released a mugshot on Sunday and appealed for public help to find him.
He is currently serving an intensive corrections order, which doesn’t expire for nearly a year.
He has previously served time in jail for offences including affray.
Maksymow, who was one of the best players on the ground in the first-half of Saturday’s match, left Henty a player short after leaving the ground.
Maksymow is Aboriginal in appearance, about 175 centimetres tall, with a solid build and brown hair.
Anyone with information is urged not to approach him but call Crime Stoppers.
