Kylie Bean, the owner of the Busy Bean cafe, said social media has a ‘massive’ impact on the business.
“We have been nearly two and a half years,” she said.
“People eat with their eyes, the presentation is key.
“We see high engagement on our posts and when we do competitions we always get a lot of engagement, but also if people like what you are putting up they share it.”
Ms Bean said they try to do things a bit differently to keep a competitive edge, but she doesn’t consider Wagga’s cafe market to be saturated.
“If you have more, it naturally attracts more people,” she said.
