In June, Wayne Mark Murdoch entered a surprise plea of guilty to intimidation while armed with a dangerous weapon on the morning that his trial was set to begin.
His two alleged co-offenders, Shyeim Little and Carl Little, who is charged with firing the gun, maintained their pleas of not guilty and will now face trial on December 10.
While both Murdoch and Shyeim Little were both granted bail in the matter, Carl Little has been held in custody since the incident, and will likely remain there until the new December trial date arrives.
