Hull was crowned Farrer League’s best and fairest footballer for the second time in three years at The Rules Club on Wednesday night.
Hull was a dominant winner, polling 29 votes to win by eight from North Wagga on-baller Jacob May and Charles Sturt University midfielder Rob Herzfeld on 21.
Hull started strongly with eight votes from the first four rounds and from there he was never headed.
He polled in 11 of his 15 games for the season and was awarded best-on-ground on eight occasions.
The 25-year-old is just the fifth player to win the Gerald Clear Medal on multiple occasions and has already re-signed with the Hawks for next year.
Northern Jets captain Mitch Haddrill challenged Hull early in the count but was never a serious contender after his season finished in round 11 due to a broken finger.
May, the Player of the Year winner, polled in seven of North Wagga’s last eight games to finish strongly and tie for second.
Herzfeld polled consistently throughout the night, attracting votes in nine of his 15 games for the year.
There was a 10-vote gap separating the top three from the rest of the field.
Haddrill, Marrar captain Josh Hagar and CSU pair Vas Seker and Brayden Ambler shared fourth place with 11 votes.
The Farrer League rising star award went to East Wagga-Kooringal defender Tom Pocock.
Meantime, experienced Northern Jets footballer Mick Foster won the Allan Carroll Medal for best and fairest in reserve grade.
Foster polled 18 votes, all from round six onwards, to finish four in front of North Wagga full-forward Ryan Dean, who kicked 94 goals for the home and away season.
Temora’s Luke McCabe won the David ‘Sandman’ Oehm Medal for best and fairest in under 17s with 26 votes.
North Wagga’s Kirk Hamblin was named Coach of the Year, while EWK’s Lindsay Gillard won Volunteer of the Year.
