President Darryl Ross said the biggest event for MG fans this weekend’s “Gathering of the Faithful' which is in its 23rd year with more than 100 cars often in attendance.
“We have people from Queensland, South Australia, the Blue Mountains, Canberra, Yass, Geelong and Melbourne,” he said.
“People are attracted because of the MG mark, some have had mothers and father and even grandparents who have owned them and with Thomas Bros having the new MGs it’s getting the name back out there.
“People are uniting their passions, their interest and their hobbies.”
Highlights include Friday night’s Noggin' n Natter buffet dinner, the Saturday afternoon Fun Run and afternoon tea and Saturday night's "GOF" dinner.
The public display will be held on Sunday, 8.30am to 10am at the Wagga Beach Car Park, Johnston Street.
