The Wolves notched their third win on the trot against Wagga United over the weekend, scoring a 3-0 victory to build on their momentum.
It wasn’t quite enough to earn a double chance in this year’s top-four finals series and Tolland must now prepare for a minor semi final date with South Wagga, who went down to Junee in a 3-2 thriller to round out their regular season.
The Warriors fought bravely but couldn’t find an equaliser against Junee, who will face off against Henwood Park this Sunday in the major semi final.
The Hawks head into the contest having sealed top spot on the ladder with a 2-0 win over Cootamundra in their final regular season outing.
The win iced their minor premiership and condemned the Strikers to fifth place ahead of Wagga United and Lake Albert, who had their bye round to end their season near the bottom of the table.
