Scribbles Cafe has been located on Fitzmaurice Street for more than 10 years and owner Denise Flack said the pancakes are one of their most popular items.
“They’re buttermilk and we’ve found using that makes them more thick and filling,” she said.
“Presentation is absolutely important because if you present something that doesn’t look good, people won’t want to eat it.
“We spend a lot of time perfecting how our dishes look.”
Ms Flack said central Wagga is saturated with cafes, so it remains important to be offering something different to competitors.
