Griffith became the first team in seven years to go through the home and away season undefeated after defeating Wagga Tigers on Saturday.
The Swans ensured they will go into finals in red hot form after blasting Tigers away by 105 points, 20.16 (136) to 4.7 (31) at Exies Oval.
Griffith teenager Lucas Conlan booted six goals in the win, while Ben King, Jordan Iudica and Isaac Campbell continued their good form with strong performances.
Griffith coach Will Griggs said it took the Swans a little while to settle.
“The first quarter was tight, well the first half of it was,” Griggs said.
“We were that excited to finish the home and away season that sometimes you’re that excited you do silly things. Once we settled it was smooth sailing, which was good.”
The only concern for Griffith was a minor knee injury to Nick Witherspoon.
Griggs said he was proud of a clean home and away sheet but declared the Swans have bigger fish to fry.
“Obviously it doesn’t mean anything if we don’t win our last few,” he said.
“I can’t be any happier heading into finals. We’ve broke the club record for the most wins in a season and are the first Swans team to go undefeated through the home and away season.
“It’s these little things that give us confidence going into finals.”
Sam Schirmer and Shaun Campbell were Tigers’ best in a disappointing end to the season for the Wagga team.
