The Bombers accepted a reprimand over Block’s rough conduct charge from their come-from-behind win over North Wagga to seal the minor premiership on Saturday.
The third quarter incident graded as careless, the impact low and the contact high.
It attracted a base sanction one week which was reduced to a reprimand with an early guilty plea.
The early plea means Block will be free to tackle the winner of Saturday’s clash between North Wagga and Temora for a place in the grand final.
North Wagga’s Matt Thomas hasn’t been as fortunate and is in doubt for the elimination final on Saturday with his two charges.
While he can escape with a reprimand after being charged with engaging in a melee in the third quarter his striking charge could see him forced to the sidelines.
The incident with Block was graded as intention the impact low and the contact high.
That attracts a base sanction of two games which can be reduced to one with an early guilty plea.
Saints have until 5pm Tuesday to accept the one-week ban or take the matter to the tribunal.
AFL Riverina operations manager Shane Buchanan didn’t rule out further charges from the clash with the official video review of the game still to be undertaken.
The yellow card of Bombers recruit Fred Sleeth is expected to be further scrutinised.
