A foundation member of The Rules Women’s Bowling Club, Mrs McGinn passed away on Monday aged 93.
She was patron of the club up until 12 months ago and a life member.
Former president Tracie Browne said Mrs McGinn will be greatly missed.
“She was a lovely lady and a great, great member,” Mrs Browne said.
Mrs Browne and Mrs McGinn donated a perpetual trophy together for the winner of the club triples each year.
Mrs McGinn would be a regular at the club’s Christmas Party to present a trophy.
Her husband, the late Jack McGinn, was also a great contributor to The Rules Club and a former director.
Mrs McGinn’s funeral will be held at 1.45pm on Friday at St Michael’s Cathedral.
