James had such a great time in Wagga that he was very keen to return.
Tickets have sold very well to this performance on Saturday, September 8 but there are still some great seats available.
The JMAJO, is a 20-piece jazz big band, and is noted for exceptional individual musicianship and tight ensemble performance.
JMAJO Concerts feature standards made famous by international jazz greats, original compositions and arrangements by Australian artists and the wealth of new work written by current and former JMA students.
The JMAJO is the premier performing ensemble of the internationally-acclaimed James Morrison Academy program.
James himself directs the Jazz Orchestra ably assisted by Director of Studies and Australian Jazz Hall of Fame inductee Graeme Lyall and Grammy Award winning Senior Teaching Fellow Jeff Clayton.
Although only founded in 2015, the JMAJO tours Australia every year visiting major venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Adelaide.
Outreach is a large part of the JMAJO touring schedule and the group enjoys workshopping and performing with primary and secondary schools all around Australia.

THE Australian Tenors – Friends for Life will be sharing their musical talents today, at 2pm at the Civic Theatre.
Internationally renowned for thrilling audiences around the world with the power of their beautiful voices. In the great tenor tradition they bring romance and excitement along with warmth and humour to their performances. Soloists in their own right, “The Australian Tenors” have performed extensively with Opera Australia, Australian and International Symphonies & Philharmonic Orchestras.
They unite in this wonderful concert with a dynamic display of true Australian talent.
The Australian Tenors are: Lorenzo Rositano, Murray Mayday, Matthew Reardon, David McKenzie, John Donohoe - Backed by The Southern Cross Orchestra under the direction of Musical Director & Conductor Mr Bernard Walz . The Australian Tenors’ guest soprano is Opera Australia’s Giuseppina Grech.
