The case against a woman charged with attempted murder after she allegedly struck two people with her car has returned to court. Crown prosecutors allege Tumbarumba woman Alysha Julie Oliver, 29, hit a man and a woman with her vehicle on November 29 last year in Coolamon. She is said to have intentionally struck a 46-year-old woman while driving a Mitsubishi Triton before hitting a parked car while driving towards a 51-year-old man. She was also charged with two counts of using a carriage service to threaten to kill someone after she allegedly sent threatening text messages to one of the victims shortly before the incident. Ms Oliver’s case was adjourned again on Wednesday in Wagga Local Court. She remains in custody and will return to court on September 12. MORE NEWS FROM THE COURTS:
