On Sunday, emergency services were called to Moppett Street, Hay, just after 11am where a 50-year-old male motorcyclist and a vehicle collided.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said that the male suffered a lower-leg compound fracture.
“He was conscious and breathing when ambulance arrived at the time of the accident,” the spokesperson said.
The male was taken to Hay Hospital via road ambulance.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured.
On Friday at around 9.30am, a motorcycle and utility vehicle were involved in a high-speed crash.
NSW Ambulance media said the motorcyclist appeared to have collided into the rear of the utility on Sturt Highway about 35km east of Hay.
The NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the 57-year-old motorcyclist suffered mostly lower-body injuries, which included dislocations of knees and compound leg fractures.
He also suffered lacerations to both upper and lower lips.
“It was at about 100km/h into the stationary ute on the roadside of the highway,” the NSW Ambulance spokesperson said.
The motorcyclist was transported via road to Narrandera District Hospital.
The driver of the utility was uninjured.
