1. Soft Core Exhibition
The word softness, like moist, might make some cringe but a new exhibition coming to Wagga is challenging the definition.
Take a walk through the exhibition curated by Micheal Do showcasing the work of national and international artists.
Soft Core will be on at the Wagga Art Gallery from August 11 – October 28.

2. Twilight Movie Fundraiser
Chase away the winter blues and enjoy a comedy flick under the stars.
To raise funds for the Ian Parker Bipolar Fund, Brunslea Park is hosting a movie session on Saturday night in Central Park.
No tickets needed. Just bring a picnic, a blanket and your family and friends.
In the event of rain, it will be moved to Forest Hill Public School.

3. Louth Races
In the mood for a road trip and a fun weekend at the races?
It’s the 60th anniversary of the Louth Races. Get all the information you need on getting there, camping and tips for your outfits by clicking here.
Alexandra Murray, committee member of the Louth Turf Club and organiser of Fashions on the Field, has some tips for those hoping to take away a prize.
“We are a winter race meeting, so winter looks is what we are going for,” she said.
“An entry requirement, is that we ask all contestants to have an elopement of wool in their outfit to support our industry.”
4. Local Markets
For anyone looking to browse local products and produce, you will be spoiled for choice.
The Wollundry Saturday Markets, are held at the Civic Precinct around the beautiful Wollundry Lagoon in the heart of Wagga on Saturday.
With over 30 stallholders, including a variety of food purveyors, including a variety of fruit 'n veg and homewares there is much to choose from.
