While the driver involved appears to have escaped injury, Riverina police have advised other road users to be cautious as they approach the town from the south.
Emergency services were called to the crash at about 6pm, following reports of a truck off the road.
According to a police spokesman, no one was trapped and an ambulance was declined by the 58-year-old, who was conscious and breathing.
Both lanes of traffic were affected at the site, one-kilometre south of The Rock, as a heavy-vehicle tow attempted to remove the truck after 6.30pm.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
It follows a police crackdown on Riverina roads across the weekend, as part of Operation Chrome.
