The Demons midfielder is facing a stint on the sidelines after he was given his marching orders following the fourth quarter incident with Matt McGowan at Crossroads Oval on Saturday.
Perryman has been charged with striking.
He is looking at missing the Demons clash with Griffith at Crossroads on Saturday if he decides to take the early guilty plea on offer.
The incident has been deemed as intentional conduct with the impact low and the contact high.
It attracts a base sanction of two games, which can be reduced to one with an early guilty plea.
Collingullie have until 5pm Tuesday to make a decision.
Griffith are yet to taste defeat this season and sit two wins clear at the top of the ladder.
