Last weekend the Crows produced what many have called one of their best wins of the season when they defeated Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes 12.9 (81) to 11.8 (74).
While they only cinched the win in the final minutes of the game, the Crows were consistent throughout.
Coach Jade Hodge was hopeful their form could be replicated on Saturday against the Tigers at Leeton Showground.
“The boys, especially the younger ones in the team, have taken a lot of confidence out of that win,” he said.
“It’s good for them to know they can beat a top three side.
“I’ve known all year they were capable of it, so there’s a great feeling around the club at the moment.”
The side trained on Tuesday night and Hodge said it was one of their better sessions on the track in some time.
This weekend he expects Tyh Evans and Brad Boots to return to the team.
Assistant coach Bryce O’Garey injured his ankle in last weekend’s clash, but has received some good news.
“I’m hoping to be back for Turvey Park, but if not, Coolamon in the final round,” he said.
The last time Leeton-Whitton and Wagga met was in round six when the Crows scored a 10.7 (67) to 7.13 (55) and Hodge is expecting another close fixture this time around.

Wagga have won just two matches this season, but have been playing well in recent weeks.
Leeton-Whitton’s aim is to win all of their remaining round matches before heading into the finals.
“Wagga is going to be a big test for us,” Hodge said.
“They are young and quick, so we’ll need to shut them down. They are hard to stop when they’re playing on their terms.
“On the flip side, our run and carry is also very good. We just need to execute everything and put together a solid performance.”
The game is one of several in a row the side have played at Leeton Showground after a tough start to the season on the road.
Should the Crows keep winning, they could lock in a third spot finish on the ladder heading into the finals, earning themselves a double chance.
