Wagga trainer Darren Richardson and driver Tom Gilligan combined to win the Steel Supplies C1-C2 Ladyship Pace (1755m) with Ultimate Risk ($2.70).
It was Ultimate Risk’s first win since September last year, when also partnered by Gilligan, and sixth of her career.
Ultimate Risk found the front from gate three and held off equal favourite Sokys Girl ($2.70) and Shes Courageous ($6.30) in the home straight to win by three metres.
The five-year-old mare recorded a winning mile rate of 1:58.3.
Blake Jones took driving honours on Tuesday night with a winning double.
He was successful on Anodoubt ($1.70) for John Cooper and Mini Major ($2.50) for Michael Hawke.
