Geppert was named to return from injury against the Goannas but pulled up sore from Thursday night’s training session and is expected to be a late withdrawal.
The 32-year-old tore his hamstring in the win over Wagga Tigers last month and missed two games before last week’s bye.
“The hamstring has pulled up well...but it’s caused an existing injury to flare up and I don’t want to take any risks at this time of year,” Geppert said.
In better news for Collingullie-GP, coach Luke Gestier will return from a hamstring, as will Tim Beckmans. Dereck Singe come in also after recovering from a calf injury.
Brad McMillan is the Demons’ other inclusion, while they lose Dan Kennedy to suspension.
MCUE get key position player George Kendall back.
