Reddies were kept scoreless as the premiership favourites run in 12 tries to score a 76-0 victory.
It means Waratahs will now host the major semi-final at Conolly Rugby Complex next month.
In his starting debut Jake Makeham crossed for a double while Blake Hart and Tim Corcoran also snared two tries in the win.
Coach Richard Skellern was pleased to come away with the win.
“It is really hard as CSU play a really spoiling game at the breakdown,” Skellern said.
Sam Hobbs played his best game of the season while Sam Bunny, Harry Hosegood and Tom Hobbs also performed well.
It sets up a big clash with Leeton on Saturday with last year’s grand finalists again filling the top two places on the ladder.
