The team has been chipping away at the top floor for months; now, they’re fitting their brand new bar and getting ready for the big reveal.
Club director Cin Evans said the renovations would freshen things up.
“We've struggled over the last 10 months – we're in a big winter with the lake being shut, and we didn't know if we'd be able to stay open a couple of months back in May,” Ms Evans said.
“But the new upstairs bar is going to make it much nicer and give the Boat Club a bit of a face lift for summer.”
The new bar’s grand opening comes with a special winter ball on July 21, featuring plenty of food and entertainment.
“We’re going to have a grand opening for the new bar with a three-course meal, live auctions, and live music all night,” Ms Evans said.
