Just after 8:30 this morning, the truck carrying hay rolled while negotiating the roundabout.
Turvey Park fire brigade were called to secure the scene after the vehicle began leaking diesel fuel from its tanks.
A spokesperson for the fire department said it was just a precaution as there is no immediate danger of ignition.
The male driver of the truck managed to escape unharmed.
A tow truck is currently on its way to move the truck off the road. Traffic conditions have been slowed to accommodate the clearing.
With this morning’s fog likely to remain thick until noon, emergency services have reminded drivers to adjust to the conditions and avoid taking corners too sharply.
