Mark Joseph Farrelly appeared in Wagga’s Local Court on Wednesday morning via audio-video link from a jail where he is currently being held in custody.
When asked how he wished to plea, Farrelly’s lawyer entered pleas of guilty on his behalf to one count of break, enter, and steal as well as three separate counts of using or supplying a stolen firearm or firearm part.
Farrelly’s case was advanced to Wagga’s District Court, which he will appear before on July 13 to be committed for sentencing.
The magistrate ordered a pre-sentencing report to be made on Farrelly before his next court appearance.
