Hui Wang is the owner of Kung Fu Dumplings in Kooringal and will be expanding to central Wagga and said he is excited to continue Mark’s legacy of good food.
“We are excited to be able to move to a second store ,” he said.
Mr Wang said that he had met the previous owners of the shop and was aware it was a popular store for the area and he is excited to follow in their footsteps and provide good food for Wagga.
“We open on the first of July,”he said.
“Dumplings are a popular food item in China and they are popular here too.
“With a second shop in central Wagga it means we can provide better for the area.
The menu will include twin favourites such as the Peking duck dumplings as well as an array of other dishes.
“We are very excited to open,” Mr Wang said.
