Can you believe it’s been nearly 12 months since the NDIS launched in the Riverina and Murray regions?
Although it’s been challenging at times, we’re seeing a positive outcome for many of our clients under the scheme.
But did you know that all clients must go through an NDIS plan review every 12 months?
The review looks at how your NDIS plan is going.
It gives you the chance to check that your supports are working for you and that they are helping you to reach your goals.
At your plan review, you will be able to talk about what supports are working for you and how you are progressing towards your goals.
You will also have a chance to set new goals that build on what you’ve already achieved.
This feature is supported by:
The things you need to bring with you to your review meeting will depend on what is in your plan, and could include things like:
- A summary of what you’ve achieved towards your goals
- A summary of what budgets you have and haven’t spent
- Information about anything that has stopped you being able to spend your budget
- For any funded capacity building supports: your service providers will need to give you a report about the goals you’ve achieved
