On the Group Nine front, Brothers proved they’re the real deal with a scintillating performance against Southcity, toppling the back-to-back champions 20-18 at Equex Centre.
The Leonard Cup saw some top shelf women’s soccer with Cootamundra and Henwood Park notching wins against South Wagga and Lake Albert respectively.
Tolland also played out a cracking draw against second-placed Junee, proving their season isn’t over.
In the Pascoe Cup, Tolland and Tumut played out the game of the round with a 4-3 classic at Rawlings Park on Sunday.
