Coming off a win against Young, the Thunder host Temora at Greenfield Park on Sunday.
With a new-look team under Adrian Purtell this season, Albury has struggled for consistency but centre Robbie Byatt believes they are finally starting to get settled with their structure.
Byatt returned from an ankle injury last week and thought the return of Shannon Rupapere is another boost for their chances to fight it out for a finals position.
“We have got a few blokes back and it makes it a lot easier,” he said.
“It was a big boost with Shannon back in the side as well to help Purts in the halves.
“Hopefully we can keep going on with it now.”
Temora have only won once this season but Byatt expects a tough challenge from the young side.
