The dry conditions have prompted a large sell off and vendors sold a total of 43,920 sheep and lambs at the weekly market.
Vendors and livestock agents said the market wasn’t as firm as the previous week, however, good returns on the top end combined with the bigger yarding meant it was overall a good result.
