The Brisbane-based performance group has been a mainstay at the Civic Theatre since 2011, touring with Animal Farm, 1984 and Revolting Rhymes and Dirty Beasts.
Now, the company had brought its sellout adaptain of Road Dahl’s George’s Marvellous Medicine to Wagga’s main stage.
“It’s part of a major national tour that we’re bringing through every state and territory,” director Ross Balbuziente said.
“We’ve been touring our work to the Civic theatre for years now … and this tour has already been so rewarding.”
The quirky play, which follow’s Dahl’s tale of a boy who decides to experiment and concoct his own medicines for his grandmother, has already sold out in Wagga.
“It remains our goal to take our work as a metro city and never downscale the work when we take it on the road,” Mr Balbuziente said.
“This book was one of my favourites growing up as a kid and in this particular case, we’ve turned it into a family production.”
