The man blew a blood alcohol reading of 0.102 after he was detected traveling on Morgan Street about 11pm on Wednesday night.
Riverina Police District Inspector Peter McLay said a 30-year-old man was caught driving on Tobruk Street, Ashmont, with methamphetamine in his system on the same night.
The man was suspended from driving for 24 hours while awaiting test results to determine whether he will need to appear at Wagga Local Court.
